Introducing the 2026 APR Logo Refresh

For decades, the Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) has set the standard for excellence in our profession. Yet outside the communications world, its impact is not always fully understood. That gap presents an opportunity to reintroduce the APR and highlight why it matters now more than ever.

One visible step in that effort is the 2026 APR logo redesign. The updated look reflects today’s modern communications environment while reinforcing APR’s long-standing commitment to professionalism, strategic thinking, and ethical practice.

This refresh also aligns with enhanced APR learning resources, including an updated Virtual Study Course (APR Virtual Study Course | PRSA) and refreshed APR Boot Camps (APR Virtual Boot Camp | PRSA) designed to better support candidates at every stage of the process.

And this is where current APRs can help. Something as simple as adding the new logo, or APR initials, to your email signature, social media, or professional profiles can go a long way in raising awareness of what the APR represents.
