How did the Michelle Flowers Diversity Fellowship help you as a college student?
The Michelle Flowers Diversity Fellowship has been a game-changer for my college experience. It provided much-needed support and a sense of community, making me feel more connected and valued. As a college student, the fellowship has broadened my perspectives and enriched my academic journey.

How has the Michelle Flowers Diversity Fellowship impacted your career development or future work aspirations?
Regarding my career development, the fellowship has opened doors to opportunities I might not have considered otherwise. The diverse network and mentorship have been instrumental in shaping my professional aspirations. I'm more committed than ever to promoting diversity and inclusion in my future work.


Applications are now open for the Michelle Flowers Diversity Fellowship. Applications submitted by the early deadline of December 31, 2023, will receive five bonus points. The official deadline for all applications is January 31, 2024.



What's next for you in your college career?
Looking forward in my college career, I'm excited to build on the foundation laid by the fellowship. Whether through additional academic pursuits, internships, or community involvement, I'm eager to continue growing and making a positive impact. Working with diverse teams and collaborating with fellow interns on campaigns during the fellowship has significantly enhanced my communication, speaking, and writing skills. These experiences will undoubtedly serve me well as I pursue my own business and explore a career in real estate. 

The Michelle Flowers Diversity Fellowship has truly set the stage for my ongoing journey of personal and professional development, equipping me with the skills needed to navigate the dynamic paths ahead.
