Meet Antonio Hernández Crane - New PRSA Chicago Member

Antonio Hernández Crane serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for Amazon’s Global Engineering Services organization, a business unit made up of thousands of employees working in North America, EMEA, and emerging countries. He previously led Hispanic-consumer market public relations and global crisis communications for McDonald’s Worldwide Restaurant Operations division. Antonio also served as the HR and diversity communications lead for Abbott’s Employee and Labor Relations division and with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.
 
Antonio serves as Chair of the Public Relations Society of America Foundation in New York, an organization committed to increasing diversity and inclusion in the PR industry and across the corporate sector. A past president of the Hispanic Public Relations Association, he is a certified affirmative action professional (CAAP). He also holds certification in EEO and Affirmative Law and Complaint Processing, Counseling, and Resolution Training through the American Association for Access, Equity, and Diversity in Washington, D.C. He also holds a certificate of DEI from Cornell University.
